Restarted PC every time after updating drivers, deleting folders, uninstalling, etc. Uninstalled the entire game, and re-downloaded it. Tried changing the /Games/Age of Empires 3 DE/Logs/PerformanceMetrics/*my PC name.txt* file, which states i have "VideoRAM: 0 MiB", "Video Score: 0" and nothing after "Video Desc:" to have actual values, but the file got automatically overwritten when i launched the game againĬhecked for Windows updates, downloaded and installed what was available What i've done to TRY and fix it (none of it helped):ĭeleted the /users/*my username*/Games/Age of Empires 3 DE folderĭeleted the /steamapps/common/Aoe3DE/Startup folderĬhecked that Directplay was enabled, it was and still isĬhanged Nvidia Control panel setting "OpenGL rendering GPU" from "Auto-select" to "GeForce GTX 980"
